Weather causes delays; drivers proceed with caution

Extreme weather throughout the state this week has caused dangerous driving conditions in many areas. I-5 on the Grapevine was closed because of ice and snow on January 21. Rainfall in many areas has caused possible flood conditions as well as compromised vision. Motorists are cautioned to reduce speeds for the conditions.
