January 26, 2010--According to the Fresno Bee newspaper, a 43 year old Selma man was killed when his motorcycle hit a dog on Leonard Avenue near Dinuba Avenue yesterday afternoon. The wrongful death resulted when he was thrown from the cycle.
Issues to be investigated include whether the dog owner had violated a leash ordinance, whether homeowners insurance may apply, and whether there have been prior similar incidents. The law firm of Nelson and Rozier in Visalia is located just 20 miles from the scene of this accident and stands ready to investigate these issues. Please give us a call.
