January 22 weather-related road closures
On January 22 several roads throughout the state were closed due to weather conditions. West of Coalinga to Monterey County, Highway 198 is closed. A large mudslide on Highway 41 caused it to be closed between Highway 33 and Highway 46. Highway 33 is also closed from Twisslman Road to Highway 46 due to flooding. Extreme weather conditions throughout the state have caused less than ideal road conditions. Motorists are reminded that posted speed limits are recommendations during ideal weather conditions. In the case of inclement weather, proper adjustments in speed should be made. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
