On April 30 two vehicles were involved in an accident at Noble Avenue and Pinkham in Visalia. A BMW rolled over after being hit from behind by a Comcast installation truck. The car, driven by Michael Cooper, was turning into a driveway when it was hit by the truck, driven by Ashley Avila. Neither driver was injured in the accident.
