On May 6 a car rolled over between Noble Avenue and Highway 198 at
Mooney Boulevard in
Visalia. Reportedly the driver of the vehicle was injured and complained of neck and back pain. The accident happened right at the off ramp of Highway 198 at
Mooney Boulevard. Traffic was slow in the area for a time afterward.
