May 6 Tulare County bicycle accident

On May 6 a person was injured after being hit by a car while bicycling in Exeter in Tulare County. Reportedly the person was riding on Kaweah Avenue near Firebaugh Lane in Exeter when emergency personnel found him. He was bleeding from the head and appeared to be disoriented.
