May 10 wrongful death on a dirt bike in Tulare County

On May 10 a 4-year-old boy was killed when he and the driver of a dirt bike were thrown from the bike while traveling at a high rate of speed in Tulare County. The accident happened near Road 168 and Avenue 168 near Woodville in Tulare County. The stolen dirt bike was traveling very fast on an unpaved road when it hit a steel cable. This caused the bike to crash and the two riders to be thrown from the bike. The four-year-old was then run over by a following dirt bike. Neither rider was wearing a helmet or other protective gear.
