On May 20 a cement truck and trailer crashed on Highway 99 near Central Avenue in Fresno. Reportedly the trailer carrying a large drum of cement came loose from the truck that was pulling it. This caused the trailer to careen off the roadway. The accident delayed traffic for awhile during the morning rush hour. No one was injured as a result of the accident.
