May 21 Highway 99 wrongful death accident near Fowler

On May 21 a man was killed in an accident on Highway 99 at Adams Avenue near Fowler. Reportedly he was following a tractor-trailer in his Ford Mustang when he drove under the tractor-trailer. Antonio Balderas was the driver of the tractor-trailer. Balderas said he did not realize the car had hit him at first and he dragged the car for awhile before stopping.
