May 13 Highway 108 accident near Lancaster Road kills one

On May 13 Kevin Vigil was killed in a wrongful death accident on Highway 108 in Stanislaus County. Reportedly Vigil was a passenger in a Honda Accord driven by Joseph Lopez. The Accord was westbound on HIghway 108 when the driver of an eastbound pickup truck, Jason Wood, fell asleep and veered into the westbound lane. Vigil was killed as a result of the accident.
