May 17 Highway 99 Delhi accident victim identified

The man who died in a Highway 99 accident near Delhi on May 17 has been identified as Richard Doyle Nix Jr. Nix was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when he hit a big rig head-on. His vehicle then swerved and hit a third vehicle. Nix was the only one who suffered injuries as a result of the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. www.nelsonrozier.com
