On November 3, 2007 there was a 100 car pileup on Highway 99, south of Fresno, due to fog. some reported the visibility to be as little as two feet. Two people were killed in that accident and dozens others were injured. The lawfirm of Nelson and Rozier is located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley in Visalia.
