November 10 Highway 99 deadly SUV crash victim identified as Sonia Albores

The woman who died in an SUV rollover on Highway 99 in Modesto on November 10 has been identified as Sonia Albores. Albores was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer in the far left lane when she veered to the right and overturned.
