Multiple Vehicle Accident on Highway 180 in Mendota

June 9, 2014- A multi-vehicle collision closed a part of Highway 180, in Fresno County.  The car accident occurred Monday, sometime before 8 AM, in Mendota.

The four vehicle collision happened on Highway 180, between 7th Street and 9th Street.  Four people are reported to have been injured, and taken to the local hospital.

The freeway reopened just before 8 o'clock this morning.

March 15 train accident in Huron

On March 15 a man was hit by a train near 9th street in Huron. Reportedly the man was intoxicated and had passed out on the train tracks. He did not hear the warning bells and horn. The train hit him resulting in cuts and bruises. He was air lifted to Community Regional Medical Center and is listed in critical but stable condition. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
