Rollover Pickup Truck Accident, on Brimhall Road, in Bakersfield

Bakersfield, Fresno, Visalia Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following accident report; On Tuesday, August 18, 2015,  a rollover pickup truck accident happened in Kern County.  The vehicle crash led to multiple people injured, in Bakersfield, at about 3:44 AM.

The pickup truck was driving on Brimhall Road, east of Highway 43.  The vehicle lost control and overturned.  It came to rest at the side of the roadway.

One man sustained severe injuries and was taken by helicopter to Kern Medical Center.  Two other people suffered moderate injuries and were also taken to the hospital by ambulance.

The collision is under investigation.

SUV Collides with Truck After Running Red Lights, in Fresno, on First Street

December 15, 2014- An SUV collision leaves one driver seriously hurt, in northeast Fresno.  The pickup truck accident took place on Monday, at about 11:30 AM.

A male employee at Wolters Elementary School, was driving his white pickup truck, turning south from the school parking lot onto First Street.

A red SUV, also driven by a man, was traveling north on First Street at about 60 mph.  The Sport Utility Vehicle, witnesses say, ran a red light at Shaw Avenue, and then one at San Jose Avenue.  The SUV then smashed into the pickup truck after running the red lights.

The impact of the collision caused the pickup truck driver to be ejected from his vehicle.

The truck driver suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.  The SUV driver was also hurt.  He is possibly facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon.

Motorcycle and Truck Collision on Highway 58 in Kern County

Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following report; On Monday, November 17, 2014, a motorcycle accident ended in fatality.  The pickup truck collision happened in Kern County, at about 5:30 AM.

Allen Wayne Siedmiorka, 44 years old, was riding his motorcycle on Highway 58.  A pickup truck attempted to turn at the intersection of State Route 58 and Wasco Way, and the biker collided with the side of the vehicle.

Siedmiorka was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Pedestrian Accident Involving Two Trucks in Bakersfield, on Gosford Road

October 17, 2014- A pedestrian accident leaves man seriously hurt, in Kern County.  The vehicle collision took place in Bakersfield, on Friday, at about 6:30 AM.

A 31 year old man attempted to cross Gosford Road, outside of a crosswalk, and was struck while in the northbound lanes.  He was hit by two separate pickup trucks, near White Lane.  Both truck drivers stopped to help the victim.

The pedestrian suffered major injuries, and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Rollover Accident on Walnut Avenue and Ben Maddox in Visalia

Visalia Nursing Home Attorney John Rozier has the subsequent collision report; On Saturday, September 27, 2014, a rollover accident took place in Visalia, The Tulare County collision that involved two vehicles occurred at about 4:30 PM.

The car crash happened at the intersection of Ben Maddox Way and Walnut Avenue.  A pickup truck and one other vehicle were engaged in the incident.  The pickup overturned and ended up coming to rest on its wheels.

The truck driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, in Visalia for treatment.  The driver of the other car suffered moderate injuries and was also taken to the hospital.

Kern County Multiple Vehicle Accident in Ridgecrest

Visalia Senior Citizen Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the following collision update; On Thursday, August 31, 2014, a multi-vehicle accident ties up traffic in Kern County.  The car collision occurred in Ridgecrest, at about 7 PM.

The three car collision took place at the intersection of China Lake Boulevard and Drummond Avenue.  Two of the three vehicles involved were a black pickup truck, and a white Toyota automobile.

At least one person was injured and taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Highway 99 Pickup Truck Accident in Bakersfield

August 18, 2014- An early morning car crash leaves one fatally wounded, in Bakersfield.  The Kern County vehicle accident happened on northbound Highway 99, at about 4:15 AM, on Monday.

The collision took place as a pickup truck was driving north on the freeway.  The vehicle lost control and crashed into the center divider, south of Sandrini Road.

One person was killed in the accident.  Another victim sustained moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Authorities have the crash under investigation.

Pickup Truck Accident Ends Fatally for Pedestrian in Bakersfield

July 29, 2014- An adult male was struck and killed in a pedestrian accident, in Kern County.  The fatal pickup truck collision happened in Bakersfield, Tuesday, at about 6:42 AM.

A white pickup truck was westbound on Wilson Road, when for an unknown reason, it left the roadway at hit a pedestrian walking across Wilson Rd., near Edgemont Drive.

The impact of the crash sent the truck into the yard of a nearby home, at Westholme Boulevard.

The pedestrian died at the scene of the accident.

Officers reported that alcohol and drugs are not a factor in the collision.

Fresno Big Rig Collision on Highway 99 Ends in Fatality

Visalia Nursing Home Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident report; On Saturday, July 19, 2014, a fatal automobile accident occurred in Fresno.  The vehicle collision took place on Highway 99, at approximately 8:35 AM, and left one person dead.

The crash which happened on northbound Highway 99, south of Herndon Avenue, involved a big rig and a pickup truck.  It ended in fatality for one victim.

Fuel Tanker and Truck Collide on Highway 46 & 33 in Kern County

June 25, 2014- A big rig and truck collision took place near Lost Hills, northwest of Bakersfield, on Wednesday.  The Kern County accident left both drivers seriously hurt, after the vehicles crashed head-on.

A fuel tanker semi truck was driving in the area of State Route 46 and Route 33 near Blackwell's Corner.  The tanker, driven by Jose Martinez, reportedly ran a red light at the intersection of the highways.  This caused the big rig to hit a black pickup truck, that was driven by David Blanchet, head-on.

David Blanchet, who is the Vice President of Paramount Farms, suffered major injuries, and was airlifted to Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield.

Jose Martinez also sustained serious injuries and was taken to Kern Medical Center.

School Bus and Truck Collision in Fresno County on Kearney Boulevard

June 9, 2014- A school bus collision leaves students with minor injuries, in Fresno County.  The vehicle accident occurred west of Fresno, on Monday, at approximately 2 PM.

The Central Unified School District bus was drving westbound on Kearney Boulevard.  A pickup truck travelling north on Cornelia Avenue, pulled out in front of the bus as it entered the intersection of Kearney and Cornelia.  The truck and school bus collided, leaving the front of the bus with heavy damage.

It is reported that the truck driver thought there were stop signs at all four corners of the intersection.

Twenty students were riding the bus at the time of the crash.  Six of the students suffered minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals for treatment.  No other injuries were reported.

Pickup Truck Collision with Pedestrian in Bakersfield

May 27, 2014- A pickup truck hit a pedestrian in north Bakersfield, on Tuesday.  The Kern County vehicle collision occurred at about 5:30 AM.

The crash took place in the vicinity of Norris Road and Yesterdays Drive.  The driver of a white pickup truck did not see the woman as she crossed the street.  The truck was not able to stop in time, and struck the pedestrian.

The woman sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Fatal Truck and Car Accident on Highway 168 East of Clovis

May 22, 2014- A fatal car collision took one person's life, in Fresno County, on Highway 168.  The vehicle accident occurred on Thursday at about 8 AM, just east of Clovis.

A pickup truck carrying a trailer was traveling east on Highway 168, when it collided with a Honda Accord at Shepherd Avenue.  The impact of the crash caused the truck to swerve off the road and smash into a power pole, and knocked the power lines down.

There were five occupants in the Honda.  One female passenger was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.  The four others were taken to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, with one being airlifted to the hospital.

Those in the pickup truck are reported to have no injuries.

SUV Collision in Bakersfield on 18th & Q Streets

May 19, 2014- A truck and SUV were involved in a vehicle accident, which knocked out a fire hydrant, in Kern County.  The crash happened in Bakersfield, California, on Monday night.

A red pickup truck, and a Sport Utility Vehicle collided at the intersection of 18th Street and Q Street.  The impact of the collision sent the SUV into a fire hydrant.  The hydrant was knocked off, and water shot out all over the roadway.

It is reported that there were moderate injuries from the accident.

Roll-over Accident in Bakersfield on Highway 178

May 6, 2014- A truck accident happened in Kern County, on Tuesday morning.  The crash occurred in Bakersfield, at Highway 178.

A pickup truck was driving east on 23rd Street.  The driver somehow lost control of the vehicle, and rolled where 23rd Street becomes eastbound Hwy 178.

The cause of the accident is unknown at this time.

Fresno County Car Accident Ends in Fatality on Alta Avenue

May 4, 2014- A two vehicle collision ends fatally for one child, in Fresno County, on Sunday.  The accident took place between Dinuba and Reedley, a little after 4 PM.

A Honda Civic, carrying a woman and young boy, was northbound on Alta Avenue.  The Honda stopped at the 4-way stop sign at the intersection of Alta and Dinuba Avenue.  The driver then began to turn left, when a white pickup truck that was driving south on Alta Ave. ran the stop sign.  The truck smashed into the Civic on the passenger side.

The boy died at the scene of the crash.  He has been identified as Miguel Perez Jr, 10 years old.  Three other people involved in the collision were hurt, and taken to local hospitals for treatment.

Update: Fatality in Vehicle Collision on Avenue 12 in Madera County

April 22, 2014- The Fresno man who was killed on Tuesday, in Madera County has been identified.  The accident took place on Avenue 12, west of Highway 41, at about 6:50 AM.

The victim has been identified as 22 or 23 year old, Cole Alexander Peveto.  The pickup truck he was driving in was traveling at a high rate of speed when it veered off the road and rolled before coming to a stop on its roof.

Peveto died at the scene of the collision.

Fatality in Vehicle Collision on Avenue 12 in Madera County

April 22, 2014- A man was killed in Madera County, in a vehicle accident, on Tuesday morning.  The collision happened at about 6:50 AM, on Avenue 12.

It is reported that the Fresno driver, 23 years old, was traveling in his pickup truck at a high rate of speed, down Avenue 12, west of Highway 41.  He lost control of his truck and it veered off the roadway.  The pickup then rolled a few times, and came to rest on its roof.

The man was fatally wounded and pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

Truck Trailer Falls off Freeway in Fresno on Highway 41

April 13, 2014- A pickup truck accident caused trailer to fall off highway overpass in Fresno County, on Sunday afternoon.  The crash happened at on the ramp from southbound Highway 41 to Highway 99.

The pickup truck was towing a trailer on south Highway 41, when the trailer became unhitched as the truck was on the connector ramp to southbound Highway 99.

The trailer fell off the overpass, onto the connector ramp of northbound Highway 41 to northbound Hwy 99.

The CHP reported that the guardrail stopped the trailer from landing and causing serious damage or injury to the northbound lanes of Highway 99.

No injuries were reported in the collision.

Update: Highway 180 Car Collision in Fresno

March 28, 2014-  The victim in the fatal automobile accident that occurred in Fresno, on Friday, has been identified.  The crash happened at approximately 7:30 AM, on Highway 180.

The woman killed was, Jacqueline Garcia, 32 year old.  The collision involved a pickup truck and a car, and took place on westbound Highway 180, near Cedar Avenue.  Between Highway 168 and Highway 41.
