Ryan Richard Gaxiola, 10 years old, from Bakersfield, was a passenger in a vehicle that was traveling on Granite Road, south of Round Mountain Road. The car crashed into a second vehicle, which reportedly causing the death of Gaxiola.
No other information on the collision is known at this time. The CHP have the accident under investigation.
