May 14 Highway 59 accident
On May 14 John Westbrook was injured in an accident on Highway 59 near Snelling Road in Merced. Reportedly Westbrook was traveling northbound when his car went to the east shoulder of the road, spun, and hit a tree. Westbrook received major injuries as a result of the accident. www.nelsonrozier.com

May 14 Easton accident
On May 14 there was an accident near Easton that sent three people to the hospital. The accident happened near the intersection of Highway 41 and Manning Avenue. The accident involved a van and a car. The van rolled onto its roof. One person suffered major injuries and two others were also hospitalized.
Anyone with knowledge of this accident is urged to call our offices. We are currently represently two families of wrongful death victims from Highway 41 accidents and we are looking for common roadway design defects. One accident in particular happened about one year ago at Floral and Highway 41 killing a 9 year old girl. May 14 fatal train accident in Madera County
On May 14 R.D. Martin was killed in a train accident in Madera County. The accident happened on Avenue 12 near Road 32. Reportedly Martin's Ford Taurus some how came to rest on the tracks as the train approached. It is unclear whether it went through or around the rail road gates. Martin attempted to get out of the vehicle before his car was tragically hit by the engine. www.nelsonrozier.com
