Tulare County Vehicle Collision Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident update; On Thursday, July 16, 2015, a motorcyclist was killed in a crash west of Plainview.  The pickup truck collision occurred at around 6:35 AM, at Avenue 192.

A 2005 Harley Davidson, driven by Ramon Carrasco, 55, of Ivanhoe, was headed westbound on Avenue 192.  The motorcycle was traveling behind a Ford F-350 that was hauling a small trailer, driven by Hotoy Morales, of Tulare.
