Perhaps I have some readers out there who are looking for legal counsel. It is important to consider using an attorney in your own community and one who can meet with you personally. On occasion law firms are far away as 200 or 300 miles send a paralegal to sign up a client and then charge more for this remote control arrangement. Any contingent attorney fee higher than one-third should be reviewed with caution and the claims of minors should be handled at 25%.
