August 14 Highway 140 wrongful death accident in Mariposa County

On August 14 Deana Smith, Michael Smith, and Sharon Law were all tragically killed in a head-on collision on Highway 140 in Mariposa County. According to reports Marissa Fuqua was eastbound on Highway 140 when she crossed over the middle line while attempting to navigate a curve. Fuqua's vehicle first hit a motorcycle and then a Ford Escape. The two people on the motorcycle, Deana and Michael Smith, were killed along with the driver of the Escape, Sharon Law.
