Tulare County Highway 65 Car Accident near Porterville

Visalia Elder Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the subsequent collision update; On Saturday, August 2, 2014, an automobile accident took place in Tulare County.  The car collision happened near Porterville, on State Route 65.

Alex Lee Caballero, of Bakersfield, was driving a 2006 Toyota north on Highway 65.  The CHP reported that he was traveling at about 55 mph as he approached the Avenue 2 intersection.

The Toyota for an unknown reason turned sharply to the left, and the vehicle struck a power pole on the side of the highway.  The impact of the crash caused the power pole to snap in half.  Because of the danger of low hanging power lines over the roadway, State Route 65 was closed for two hours.

No information on whether Caballero was hurt in the incident.

The collision remains under investigation.

Issues still remaining to be investigated; determining whether road conditions may have contributed to this accident, and any malfunctions of the vehicle.  If you would like these issues investigated further then please call Attorney John Rozier, your personal injury lawyer at 559-713-0159, or reach me online at www.nelsonrozier.com
