Porterville man jailed over hit and run

November 21 pedestrian on Road 236 and Avenue 100

On November 21 a male pedestrian was tragically killed when he was hit by a car on Road 236 near Avenue 100. The man was walking southbound on Road 236 when he was hit by David Chay of Porterville. Chay fled the scene and was later arrested. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

Pedestrian killed in Porterville hit and run

November 21, 2009--A male pedestrian was killed Saturday in Porterville, in Tulare County according to the Visalia Times Delta.  He was walking along Road 236 north of Avenue 100.  Them driver fled the scene and was later arrested.  He was identified as David Chay of Porterville, age 26.  We are still trying to identify the victim.  If you have that information please call Attorney John Rozier in Visalia to begin further investigation of this tragic accident.  www.nelsonrozier.com
