Two victims of November 29 motorcycle accident in Lindsay indentified

On November 29 Javier Benitez Luna was killed and Juan Carlos Zapata was critically injured when their motorbike and ATV collided when both drivers failed to stop at a four-way stop in Lindsay. Both men were reportedly wearing helmets. A toxicology test is being done to determine if alcohol was a factor. The accident occurred at the intersection of Sierra View Street and Lafayette Avenue in Lindsay around 8 pm. Zapata was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and is listed in critical condition. Motorcycle ATV Accident leaves one dead in Lindsay

November 29, 2009--A collision earlier today between a motorcycle and an ATV in Lindsay, California left one dead and one victim severely injured.  The injured party was flown by helicopter to Fresno Community Regional Medical Center.  The collision occurred on north Lafayette Avenue.
