It is reported that a car slammed into the back of a school bus at the intersection of McKinley and Cornelia avenues. The driver then fled the scene of the crash.
There were kids on the bus, but according to reports, no one was injured.
Police found the intoxicated driver not far from the incident. They have said that he may have been a postal worker for the United States Post Office. He was arrested for driving while under the influence.

Fatal Fresno Motorcycle Accident West of Highway 99
June 20, 2014- A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic accident, in Fresno County, on Friday. The vehicle collision occurred in Fresno, west of Highway 99.
A motorcycle, driven by Jason Berry, 30 years old, traveled to the intersection of Cornelia Avenue and Griffith Way. The bike then collided with a black sedan.
Berry was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
No other information is known at this time.

School Bus and Truck Collision in Fresno County on Kearney Boulevard
June 9, 2014- A school bus collision leaves students with minor injuries, in Fresno County. The vehicle accident occurred west of Fresno, on Monday, at approximately 2 PM.
The Central Unified School District bus was drving westbound on Kearney Boulevard. A pickup truck travelling north on Cornelia Avenue, pulled out in front of the bus as it entered the intersection of Kearney and Cornelia. The truck and school bus collided, leaving the front of the bus with heavy damage.
It is reported that the truck driver thought there were stop signs at all four corners of the intersection.
Twenty students were riding the bus at the time of the crash. Six of the students suffered minor injuries and were taken to local hospitals for treatment. No other injuries were reported.

September 30 canal accident in Fresno
On September 30 Felix Bustamante was killed in an accident near Cornelia Avenue and West Davis Avenue in Fresno. According to reports he drove his car into a canal near that intersection. No further information is available at this time.

April 9 wrongful death accident in Fresno County: victims identified
On April 9 Geraldine Gardina and Richard Gardina of Oakhurst were killed in a wrongful death accident with a big rig in Fresno County. Reportedly the big rig was traveling west on Lincoln Avenue when Geraldine Gardina ran a stop sign and entered the path of the big rig. She was driving a pickup truck southbound on Cornelia Avenue at the time. The driver of the big rig was unable to stop and hit the Gardinas' pickup. April 9 wrongful death accident on Lincoln Avenue in Fresno
On April 9 two people were killed in a wrongful death accident on Lincoln Avenue in Fresno. The accident happened between a big rig and a pickup truck. Reportedly the big rig was traveling westbound on Lincoln Avenue. The pickup truck was southbound on Cornelia Avenue when it ran a stop sign in front of the big rig. The driver of the big rig was unable to stop in time. The pickup burst into flames and the two occupants died at the scene of the accident. The driver of the big rig was hospitalized.

December 5 accident near Raisin City
On December 5 three people were hospitalized when their car rolled repeatedly near Manning and Cornelia Avenues in Raisin City. Javier Castillo Garcia was driving when he swerved and caused the car to roll. He was thrown out of the car and was air lifted to Community Regional Medical Center with major injuries. He was placed on life support. His passengers Toribo Lopez and Ricardo Lopez had minor and moderate injuries, respectively. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
