Tulare man hurt in crash

April 26, 2010--At 1 pm yesterday 2 vehicles collided at Avenue 264 and Road 156 northeast of Tulare.  A westbound Tundra ran a stop sign and hit the car driven by Ronald Philpot, age 39 who was driving a utility truck.

Issues to be determined include the speed of each car, whether they were on the job, whether spring folliage growth had blocked the stop sign, etc.  A complete review of this case would include downloading the air bag modules, getting the accident history for this location, photographing nearby orchards, and speaking with parties and witnesses.  Our law firm is located just 10 miles from the scene of this crash. We have been involved in at least two other recent blocked stop sign cases in Tualre County.   Please give me a call later today.  Attorney John Rozier  559-713-0159.  http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

Road 156 and Avenue 328 accident

Intersection accidents such as this morning's 2 vehicle collision at Road 156 and Avenue 328 near Ivanhoe are common on Tulare County roadways.  A similar accident occurred last weekend also involving a stop sign.  A couple of years ago there was a particularly bad rash of fatalities near Woodlake on Avenue 336 until after 7 deaths the signs were inproved.  The law firm of Nelson and Rozier has been litigating these accident claims and monitoring roadway conditions.  Please give us a call.  559-713-1059.   http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

Ivanhoe accident at Avenue 328 and Road 156 in Tulare County

January 14, 2010--According to them Fresno Bee, a two car accident this morning sent a woman to Kaweah Delta District Hospital in Visalia with major head injuries.  The collision took place at the intersection of Road 156 and Avenue 328 near Ivanhoe in Tulare County.  The man and the woman in the other car were less injured.

We have been to the scene of this accident just a few moments ago and the stop signs do not seem to be blocked.  The next obvious step will be to download the event data recorders connected to the airbags in each vehicle to determine pre-impact speeds, braking, etc. These are also known at black box data recorders.   Please contact us to get started.  http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
