January 12 wrongful death accident at Avenue 168 and Road 152 update
On January 12 three people were killed when an 11-year-old boy ran a stop sign at Avenue 168 and Road 152. According to a family member, the driver Jose Silva Covarrubias was probably getting a driving lesson at the time of the accident. The boy's aunt, Brenda Silva, said she had seen Jose driving just once before and "there was no other reason for him to be behind the wheel." Jose along with his mother and 6-year-old sister were killed in the accident. A family friend, Froylon Zamora Gonzalez, was the only survivor of the accident. He remains in critical condition at Community Regional Medical Center. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
