December 3 industrial accident in Lemon Cove leaves one man dead

On December 3 Christopher McPherson of Arizona was killed during an industrial accident at the Vulcan Materials site in Lemon Cove. McPherson was not an employee of the plant but was part of construction crew hired to install equipment to manufacture asphalt. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the accident is unknown at this time. While monetary compensation will not bring back the deceased, it can help support any dependants he may have left behind and cover his final expenses. Since McPherson was killed while on the job there is a possibility of a workman's compensation claim. November 26 San Luis Obispo County accident kills Justin Spisak

On November 26 Justin Spisak was towing a trailer with a Chevy Trailblazer in San Luis Obispo County near Atascadero when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled into a ditch. Spisak declined medical help, but was found dead on Friday morning. Spisak went to bed Thursday night in the home of a co-worker and never woke up. The Trailblazer he was driving was not registered under his name. It is possible that he was on the job when the accident happened. It is unclear why Spisak denied medical help.  Please contact us at http://www.nelsonrozier.com/ if you are interested in a free consultation.
