Motorcycle Accident on Northbound Highway 99 in Tulare County

Visalia Senior Citizen Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the following collision update: On Saturday, October 4, 2014, a motorcycle rider was killed in Tulare County.  The vehicle accident happened on Highway 99, in the Visalia area.

The 30 year old motorcyclist, from Inglewood, was riding a 1999 Kawasaki 600, traveling north on Highway 99, south of Avenue 96.  As the biker approached a curve in the freeway, the motorcycle lost control, went off the road, and smashed into a metal guardrail.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.

September 8 accident near Pixley

On September 8 Connie Monethichack and Ryan Hulon suffered injuriesafter crashing their vehicle near Pixley in Tulare County. According to reports Monethichack was driving east on Avenue 96 when she failed to stop at a stop sign at a T intersection at Road 192. She drove through the intersection and crashed into a dirt embankment. Monethichack was taken to the hospital with major injuries. Ryan Hulon, the passenger in the vehicle, suffered minor injuries and was not hospitalized.  The driver has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. www.nelsonrozier.com
