Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the following collision update: On Saturday, October 4, 2014, a motorcycle rider was killed in Tulare County. The vehicle accident happened on Highway 99, in the Visalia area.
The 30 year old motorcyclist, from Inglewood, was riding a 1999 Kawasaki 600, traveling north on Highway 99, south of Avenue 96. As the biker approached a curve in the freeway, the motorcycle lost control, went off the road, and smashed into a metal guardrail.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
