April 26 wrongful death accident in Tulare County near Dinuba

On April 26 Olivia Gutierrez was killed in a wrongful death accident on Road 72 and Avenue 430 in Tulare County near Dinuba. Reportedly Gutierrez was a passenger in a Jeep driven by a 17-year-old when the driver ran a stop sign at the intersection of Road 72 and Avenue 430. This caused the Jeep to be broadsided by a big rig. Gutierrez was killed as a result of the accident. The driver was taken to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno with moderate injuries. Fatal big rig crash near Dinuba in Tulare County

April 26, 2010--Yesterday's fatal crash near Dinuba in Tulare County killed one and seriously injured another.  The rig trailer fell on top of the 2 victims.  The crash occurred at Avenue 430 and Road 72.

Fatal crash at Road 72 and Avenue 430 in Visalia

April 26, 2010--Yesterday's fatal accident near Visalia also injured a second victim who was air lifted to a local hospital.  It occurred at Road 72 and Avenue 430.
