April 14 fatal bicycle accident in Mendota

On April 14 a 2-year-old girl was killed in a bicycle accident in Mendota. Reportedly she was playing on her tricycle on Garcia Street when a man ran over her with his car. She was pronounced dead shortly after the accident. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
