School Bus Collision in Prather, at Foothill Elementary, on Auberry Road

On Thursday, August 20, 2015, a school bus accident took place in Fresno County.  The vehicle crash happened in Prather, at Foothill Elementary, at about 8:35 AM.

The car collision occurred at Thunderbird and Auberry roads.  The incident involved a a local school bus and a silver sedan.  Fifteen children were on board the bus at the time.

No reports on injuries at this moment.  More investigation is required.

Motorcycle Collision near Clovis on Auberry Road

Visalia Elder Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the subsequent collision report; On Monday, September 1, 2014, a motorcycle accident leaves one person in serious condition.  The vehicle crash took place near Clovis, in Fresno County, at about 2 PM.

The CHP reported that the accident happened between a motorcycle and another vehicle, on Auberry Road and East Copper Avenue.

One victim was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.  No other information is known at this time.

Car Accident in Prather Kills One Person on Auberry Road

A sedan was driving in the area of Lodge Road and Auberry Road, when the driver lost control.  The car swerved off the road, and then hit a tree.

Fresno County Fatal Automobile Collision on Highway 168

Visalia Elder Abuse Attorney John L. Rozier has the following update; on July 7, 2014, at about midnight a deadly car collision took place in Fresno County.  The automobile accident happened on Monday, near Auberry, on Highway 168.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Department reported that a deputy found a vehicle, driven by a Bay Area man that had crashed on the highway, near Auberry Road.  The driver was traveling west on Hwy 168, when he lost control of the car and went off the road.  The car then smashed into a tree.

A passenger in the vehicle, a man from Fresno, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.  No reports on whether the driver was also injured.

February 18 wrongful death accident on Auberry road near Fresno victim identified

The 7-year-old boy who died in a wrongful death accident on Auberry Road in the foothills above Fresno on February 18 has been identified as Ryan Sullivan. Sullivan was riding in the back seat of a Nissan, and he as wearing his seatbelt when the vehicle went off the road and rolled down an embankment. The vehicle driven by Melanie Sullivan was rounding a curve when it braked for an oncoming car and then went down the embankment. Melanie Sullivan was taken to Clovis Community Hospital with minor injuries. Ryan Sullivan died as a result of the accident. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

February 18 wrongful death accident on Auberry road near Fresno

On February 18 a seven-year-old boy was killed in a wrongful death accident on Auberry Road near Well Barn Road in the foothills. Melanie Sullivan was the driver of the vehicle. Sullivan was driving around a curve when she braked for an oncoming vehicle. Her vehicle then rolled down an embankment. The boy was riding in the back seat and was wearing a seat belt.
