Two Killed in Automobile Accident on Chestnut and South Avenues, near Fowler

Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following accident report; On Wednesday, May 13, 2015, a car accident took place west of Fowler.  The automobile collision ended in two fatalities, at the intersection of South and Chestnut avenues, at approximately 6 AM.

A white, 2001 Chevrolet Lumina was driving eastbound on South Avenue.  At the intersection of South Ave. and Chestnut Avenue, the Chevy was reported to have run a stop sign.  The car entered the intersection directly into the path of a white, 2006 Ford F-350 pickup truck that was headed north on Chestnut.

The impact of the collision led to the deaths of the Lumina's occupants; a 55 year old man from Fresno, and a female, also from Fresno, in her 40s.

The truck driver, a 20 year old man from Exeter, sustained minor injuries.

Big Rig Collides with SUV in Fowler

August 29, 2011- A crash southwest of Fowler, 15 minutes from Fresno, closed the intersection of Clovis Avenue and Manning Avenue at 1:18 PM on Monday.

A big rig slammed into an SUV. Then, reportedly, the semi truck caught on fire. No other details are available at this time. We will update on this accident once they become available.

Range Rover causes two accidents in Fresno

November 20, 2010--A man driving a Range Rover hit a vehicle at Clinton and Clovis today--he apparently had been drinking and fled the scene.  He then hit a second car at Fowler Avenue in east Fresno.  At least one victim is in the hospital.

May 21 Accident victim identified

Johnathon Moreno has been identified as the man who was killed in an accident on May 21 at Highway 99 and Adams Avenue. Moreno was killed when his car hit a big rig head-on on Highway 99 near Fowler. He died as a result of the accident. www.nelsonrozier.com

May 21 Highway 99 wrongful death accident near Fowler

On May 21 a man was killed in an accident on Highway 99 at Adams Avenue near Fowler. Reportedly he was following a tractor-trailer in his Ford Mustang when he drove under the tractor-trailer. Antonio Balderas was the driver of the tractor-trailer. Balderas said he did not realize the car had hit him at first and he dragged the car for awhile before stopping. April 9 fatal pedestrian accident in Fowler

On April 9 Sage Corpus was killed in a hit and run pedestrian accident in Fowler on South Avenue near DeWolf Avenue. Reportedly Corpus was walking along the shoulder of South Avenue with four of his friends when an eastbound pickup truck crossed the westbound lane onto the shoulder and hit Corpus and another boy. Corpus died as a result of the accident and the other victim was taken to the hospital with a cut and dislocated kneecap. 12 year old Sage Corpus of Fowler killed by truck

April 9, 2010--Last night's fatal accident near Fowler in Fresno County killed 12 year old Fowler resident Sage Corpus.  He had been walking along the shoulder of South Avenue near DeWolf in a group of five pedestrians when 2 of the boys were hit by a 1988 Isuzu pick-up which was then abandoned at the scene.

April 1 accident in Fresno between a CHP car and pickup truck

February 14 wrongful death accident at Clayton and Minnewawa in Fresno

On February 14 Kevin Galindo, a 7-month-old baby, was killed in a wrongful death accident at Clayton and Minnewawa in Fresno. The two-vehicle accident occurred northwest of Fowler, just west of Highway 99. No further details are currently available.

Fresno County accident at Fowler and Lincoln

September 12, 2009--a two car collision took the life of Surinder Bassi last September 12th.  She was a passenger in a Toyota Camry which ran a stop sign and collided with a pickup truck.  The roof of the Camry was sheared off.  The accident took place at the intersection of Lincoln and Fowler in Fresno County.  www.nelsonrozier.com
