I-5 collision between big rig and suv near Coalinga

March 25, 2010--Yesterday afternoon's crash on I-5 was between a big rig and a SUV.  The driver of the SUV was taken to Regional Community Medical Center in Fresno.  The collision took place north of Coalinga and just north of Highway 145.

The police report for this accident will probably not be ready for at least a couple of weeks.  In the meantime much can be done to protect the evidence of negligence.  Please let us get started by securing and inspecting each vehicle before they are repaired or destroyed.  The event data recorders with each air bag module also needs to be downloaded.  This should provide a wealth of information such as vehicle speeds for each second going back five seconds before the impact, whether brakes and seat belts were in use, etc.  Our law firm is located just  40 minutes from this accident scene and we are willing to represent the victim on a contingency basis.  Please give me a call.  Attorney John Rozier 559-713-0159.  http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
