Construction Truck Accident Leads to Pedestrian Fatality in Tulare, on I Street

Visalia Senior Citizen Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the following collision update; On Tuesday, October 21, 2014, a pedestrian was hit in a vehicle accident.  The construction truck crash took place in Tulare, at about 6:10 AM.

A 32 year old woman was walking on I Street, between Bardsley Avenue and Paige Road, when a cement pumping truck hit her.

The pedestrian died from her injuries.

May 20 Highway 99 cement truck crash

On May 20 a cement truck and trailer crashed on Highway 99 near Central Avenue in Fresno. Reportedly the trailer carrying a large drum of cement came loose from the truck that was pulling it. This caused the trailer to careen off the roadway. The accident delayed traffic for awhile during the morning rush hour. No one was injured as a result of the accident. www.nelsonrozier.com

April 15 Highway 99 accident at Jensen

On April 15 there was an accident on Highway 99 at Jensen Avenue in Fresno. The accident involved a cement truck and a pickup truck. A person in the pickup truck suffered minor injuries.
