June 6 wrongful death on Lovers Lane in Visalia

Eighteen-year-old Cindy Janelli was killed in a wrongful death accident in Visalia on Lovers Lane on June 6. Reportedly Janelli swerved into the center median and hit a tree near Roosevelt Avenue.
