Bicyclist Killed in Vehicle Collision, near Pixley, on Road 128

Tulare County Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following collision report; On Friday, May 15, 2015, an Earlimart man was killed in a collision, south of Pixley.  The bicycle accident happened on Road 128, at approximately 8:20 AM.

The 68 year old bicyclist was riding northbound on Road 128, south of Avenue 84.  At the same time Norma V. Valladares, 40, was driving her 2008 Infinity G35 north on the same roadway.

As the driver started to pass the bike rider, the man turned left right into the right side of the automobile.  The collision threw the Earlimart man from his bicycle and onto the street.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers reported that Valladares was traveling at 35 miles per hour, and the biker was not wearing a helmet.

The car crash is under investigation.

Stolen SUV Crashes on Road 128 near Orosi

February 14, 2012- Dinuba car theft ended in a crash, Tuesday night, north of Orosi. The accident happened at about 11:00 PM.

Tulare County Sheriff's deputies got a call from a resident who was following a vehicle with four passengers allegedly seen breaking into vehicles in Dinuba.

Deputies spotted the suspect vehicle, a 2005 Toyota SUV, moving toward Orosi in the area of Avenue 424 and Road 120.

The driver of the vehicle sped away on Road 128 and lost control of the vehicle when it approached Avenue 444, crashing into an embankment.

All four occupants got out of the vehicle in an attempt to flee, the Sheriff's department said.

Officers from police departments in Dinuba, Reedley, Orange Cove and the Visalia California Highway Patrol office responded to the search. A helicopter was also called in.

Three teens were found and taken into custody, but a fourth suspect is still at large. The teenagers, a 14- and a 16-year-old from Orosi and a 17-year-old from Dinuba, were booked into the Juvenile Detention Facility.

Orosi child injured in crash

July 23, 2010--Yesterday morning's crash on Avenue 440 near Road 128 in Tulare County seriously injured a child who was airlifted to the hospital.  The driver of the other car was arrested for DUI.  The motor vehicle accident is still being investigated.  Please call us if you would like us to send an engineer to the scene.

November 14 deadly accident in Madera County near Chowchilla

On November 14 a driver drove his car into a tree southwest of Chowchilla in Madera County. The accident occurred near the intersection of Road 12 and Avenue 18 1/2. The driver died as a result of the accident.The name of the victim was not available. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

Pedestrian Marcos De La Torre killed

October 30, 2009--The pedestrian killed last Friday night has been identified as Oscar De La Torre of Orosi.  The 83 year old man was walking across Highway 63 near Road 128 when he was struck by a pickup.
