Woodlake Avenue 336 Fatal Vehicle Collision

I am Attorney John Rozier, a personal injury lawyer, serving Tulare County, Fresno County, Kern County, and all of Central California.  I have more than 25 years of experience, and have had many successful case results.  Below is an example of one of them.

In Woodlake, California, a vehicle accident took place which resulted in the death of four people.  The collision occurred because a stop sign was misplaced on Avenue 336 and Road 168.  It was also covered by orange tree branches.

Consequently, after winning these cases, there is now a four-way stop sign in the intersection, that can be clearly seen by all.  A large settlement was also obtained by the victims' families.

Please contact me, Attorney John L. Rozier, so I can help you with your injury claims.  My contact number is 559-713-0159.  Or feel free to contact us online at www.nelsonrozier.com.  My office is located in Visalia, California.

Man Fatally Injured in Motorcycle Crash North of Visalia

September 23, 2011- A motorcyclist died after his bike collided with a truck, north of Visalia on Friday at 2:05 PM.

Joe Mello, of Woodlake, was riding his 2004 Harley Davidson south on Road 168, north of Avenue 308, when a 1992 Ford F-150 driven by Jose Orozco, of Visalia, pulled out from the walnut orchards along the side of the road.

Orozco told officers that he stopped before entering the road but didn’t see Mello coming. He pulled out in front of him, leading to the crash.

Mello was flown by helicopter to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, where he died from his injuries. Orozco was not hurt in the accident.

If you need legal counseling or representation for this accident, please give me a call. Attorney John Rozier, of Visalia, just miles from the scene of the collision, 559-713-0159.

May 10 wrongful death on a dirt bike in Tulare County

On May 10 a 4-year-old boy was killed when he and the driver of a dirt bike were thrown from the bike while traveling at a high rate of speed in Tulare County. The accident happened near Road 168 and Avenue 168 near Woodville in Tulare County. The stolen dirt bike was traveling very fast on an unpaved road when it hit a steel cable. This caused the bike to crash and the two riders to be thrown from the bike. The four-year-old was then run over by a following dirt bike. Neither rider was wearing a helmet or other protective gear. The boy and the driver, 20-year-old Eduardo Martinez, were taken to a local hospital where the boy was pronounced dead. www.nelsonrozier.com

Settlement in Stop Sign case

Settlements totaling $652,000 were negotiated by the Visalia Law Firm of Nelson & Rozier for Woodlake claimants resulting from a motor vehicle accident which took place at the intersection of Avenue 336 and Road 168 in Tulare County.  The stop sign was partially obscured by branches from an orange tree.  Before settlement could be reached, another accident happened at the same location killing 3 more people.  Just one week prior photos of the returning overgrowth had been forwarded to the proper parties.
