February 25 wrongful death accident in Tulare County vicitm identified

On February 25 Misael Guero died in a wrongful death accident near the White River Bridge in Tulare County. Guero was a passenger in a Ford that flipped and hit an abutment of the White River Bridge. Fidel Cantoriano was the driver of the vehicle. Guero was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Jeremias Ramirez was also a passenger in the vehicle.
