March 31 wrongful death school bus accident in Richmond kills two

On March 31 Kyle Strang and Prentice Gray Jr. were killed in a wrongful death accident involving a school bus in Richmond. Reportedly Strang was speeding when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed the center median and hit an oncoming school bus. There were no passengers in the bus and the driver was not hurt.
