Tulare County Minivan Accident North of Visalia, on Road 132 and Avenue 352

Central California Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident report; On Wednesday, July 15, 2015 a van collision occurred near Visalia.  The Tulare County vehicle crash happened at about 7:21 AM.

A 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan, driven by Jose Gutierrez of Visalia, was westbound on Avenue 352.  At the same time a red 1999 Honda CRV, driven by a Cutler man, was northbound on Road 132.

The Toyota ran the stop sign at the intersection of Ave 352 and Road 132, and collided with the Honda.  The CRV car then overturned and ended up on its roof at the northwest corner of the intersection.

The Cutler man and a 3 year old boy who was a passenger in the Honda, were both hurt.  The child suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.  The driver was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, in Visalia.

Gutierrez sustained minor injuries and was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical too.

A 5 year old girl was reported to have been in the Honda as well, but she was not injured.

Semi Truck Collision on Avenue 237 and North Spruce, West of Lindsay

July 3, 2015- A big rig collision occurred in Tulare County, on Friday.  The semi truck accident happened west of Lindsay, at approximately 10:00 AM.

A tractor-trailer loaded with grapes was driving southbound on Avenue 237.  A Lindsay man, driving a blue pickup truck with a small trailer attached, was headed east on North Spruce Road.

The truck attempted to make a right turn and failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Spruce and Avenue 237.  The pickup drove right into the path of the oncoming Freightliner, and the two trucks crashed into each other.

The semi, upon impact, smashed through a power pole and overturned onto its side.  The pickup also rolled over after the collision.

The Lindsay man sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to Valley Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.

The big rig driver, who was from Fresno, refused medical attention at the scene.

Big Rig Accident Near Lindsay, at Avenue 237 and Spruce Road

Tulare County Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following collision report; On Friday, July 3, 2015, a semi truck accident took place west of Lindsay.  The big rig crash happened on Avenue 237, at about 10 AM.

A Freightliner carrying grapes was traveling south on Avenue 237.  A pickup truck carrying a small trailer, driven by a man from Lindsay, was eastbound on North Spruce Road.

It is reported that the pickup truck did not stop at the posted sign, at the intersection of Ave. 237 and Spruce, before making a right turn.  The truck pulled out right into the path of the tractor-trailer, and the two vehicles collided.

The impact of the collision sent the big rig careening through a wooden power pole, and then rolled onto its side.  The blue pickup also overturned.

The Lindsay man suffered moderate to major injuries and was taken to Exeter by ambulance.  He was then airlifted to Valley Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.

The semi truck driver, from Fresno, did not require medical attention at the scene.
