Issues to be investigated include the speed of each vehicle, whether road conditions contributed to this accident, and the additional data available from the air bag recorders. Available insurance may come from the at fault driver, uninsured motorist coverage by the Fisher family and perhaps also the Fisher liability policy if their son was not a resident of their household. Their son's own unisured motorist policy may also come into effect. Please call us to get busy investigating these issues. Our offices are located about 40 miles from the scene of this accident.
