Highway 41 motorcycle accident

December 12, 2010--Sunday morning's fatal accident in Madera County on Highway 41 was caused by a drunk driver who tried to pass a Ford Mustang when the motorcycle was oncoming.  The deceased is identified as Eddie Johnson.  His passenger Wilma Tucker was critically injured.  Bruce Faux of Coarsegold was identified as the suspected drunk driver.

Steven Hill killed in Fresno Motorcycle accident

November 13, 2010--This morning motorcyclist Steven Hill, of Fresno, pulled from a stop sign on northbound Valentine in Fresno into the path of a Chevrolet driven on Jensen Avenue by Juan Fernandez, also of Fresno.  The accident caused the death of Mr. Hill.  An accident reconstruction expert may be able to determine the speed of the car from looking at the black box data in the air bag module.  Please give us a call.  Attorney John Rozier 559-713-0159.

May 9 motorcycle accident near Auberry

On May 9 there was a motorcycle accident near Auberry. The accident occurred near Calkins Road and Frazier Road just southwest of Auberry in Fresno County. April 16 Fresno motorcycle accident claims second victim

On April 16 a motorcycle accident on McKinley Avenue near Blackstone Avenue in Fresno critically injured a San Jose woman who is now dead. Jeri Lyn Perry was a passenger on Kenneth Klein's motorcycle when they were rear ended by a car driven by Jose Calderon. Klein died three days later from injuries sustained in the accident, and Perry was critically injured at the time. On May 8 Perry died. May 2 wrongful death motorcycle accident near Woodward Park in Fresno

On May 2 Andre Fernandez was killed in a wrongful death motorcycle accident in Fresno. Reportedly Fernandez was traveling eastbound on Audubon Drive on his motorcycle when a car that was traveling westbound on Audubon turned left in front of him. Fernandez hit the side of the car. Highway 65 accident near Porterville with motorcycle

April 8, 2010--A motorcycle vs. auto accident in Visalia resulted in the motorcycle rider being airlifted to a local hospital.  The driver of the vehicle was also hospitalized.  The site of the accident was at Highway 65 and Avenue 2 near Porterville in Tulare County.

March 17 Fresno motorcycle accident at Clinton Avenue and Warren Avenue

On March 17 a motorcycle crashed on Clinton Avenue near Warren Avenue in Fresno. Reportedly the driver skidded and lost control of the motorcycle. March 11 motorcycle accident injures police officer on Bullard Avenue in Fresno

On March 11 Fresno police officer Mike Roberts was injured in an accident that occurred between his motorcycle and another vehicle on Bullard Avenue. Reportedly Roberts was traveling westbound on Bullard when an eastbound vehicle turned left in front of him onto Fruit Avenue. Roberts's motorcycle slammed into the car and Roberts was flown over the car. The motorcycle reportedly burst into flames upon impact. Roberts suffered third-degree burns, a gash in the leg, a fractured elbow, a concussion, and several broken ribs. On March 3 James Reese was killed in a wrongful death motorcycle accident on Trimmer Springs Road near Pine Flat Road in Fresno County. Reportedly Reese was killed when his Harley Davidson drifted into the path of a Ford Taurus driven by Susan Adams. Motorcycle accident kills Kingsburg man

March 3, 2010--A motorcycle accident this morning on East Trimmer Springs Road near Pine Flat Road in Fresno County killed a 66 year old Kingsburg man.  He was struck by a vehicle driven by Susan Adams of Piedra who was driving a 1996 Ford Taurus.

January 15 Fresno motorcycle accident update

The motorcycle accident on January 15 in Fresno that killed Craig Ouimet now has some further details. It has been reported that Ouimet had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his blood at the time of the crash. On December 10 a Fresno motorcycle police officer was involved in an accident with a vehicle in northeast Fresno. Reportedly a vehicle swerved in front of the officer and the officer swerved to avoid the vehicle. November 30 motorcycle crash in Fresno kills one

On November 30 Jonathan Munro was killed when his motorcycle crashed near Behymer and Chestnut Avenues in Fresno. CHP attempted to pull over Munro, who was speeding, when Munro drove his motorcycle into a residential area and school zone. Officers slowed down for safety reasons. Fresno Biker Killed

October 21, 2009--David Valdez of Fresno was killed when he collidied with a pickup west of Fresno on Shaw avenue last Wednesday.  He was 26 years of age and riding without a helmet or lights, according to early reports.  The motorcycle was an off-road Yamaha.  The 6:30 am accident occurred when the truck turned into the path of the cycle which may have been traveling at a high rate of speed.
