Abuse Lawyer John L. Rozier has the following collision update; On Tuesday, October 21, 2014, a pedestrian was hit in a vehicle accident. The construction truck crash took place in Tulare, at about 6:10 AM.
A 32 year old woman was walking on I Street, between Bardsley Avenue and Paige Road, when a cement pumping truck hit her.
The pedestrian died from her injuries.

Car Catches Fire After Crash in Los Banos on I Street
July 27, 2014- A Merced County car accident took place in Los Banos, on Sunday. The vehicle collision happened at about 9:59 AM.
Ari Balverde-Contreras, the driver of a Chrysler 300, was southbound on West I Street, near the Cardoza Road intersection. He lost control of his car and it left the roadway, and hit a wooden fence.
The Chrysler continued to travel into the backyard of a home on the 800 block of West I St. The car came to a stop after it hit a tree, and then it caught on fire.
The driver was able to escape the vehicle. He was taken to Memorial Hospital, Los Banos to be treated for his injuries. Alverde-Contreras was later arrested for suspicion of DUI, and driving without a license.

Motorcyclist Injured from Vehicle Collision in Los Banos
April 27, 2014- A motorcycle and car were involved in a collision, in Merced County on Sunday. The accident happened in Los Banos, California, at about 12:15 PM.
The crash occurred at the intersection of I Street and 5th Street. The motorcyclist sustained moderate injuries, including a possible broken leg. The biker was airlifted from Los Banos Airport, to Memorial Hospital in Modesto.
No information on whether anyone in the vehicle was hurt.

SUV Crash in Downtown Modesto Breaks Fire Hydrant
March 16, 2014- A car accident, involving an SUV and minivan happened Sunday, in downtown Modesto. The collision took place at around 2 PM.
The crash happened when a white, Mercury sport utility vehicle was broadsided by a Dodge Caravan at the intersection of 17th Street and I Street. The SUV rolled and broke a fire hydrant before coming to a stop.
There were three people in the Mercury; two adults and a baby. The adults sustained minor injuries. The infant appeared to not have been hurt. All three were taken to the hospital for treatment and observation.
It is reported that the people inside the Dodge Caravan were not injured in the crash.

January 22 Modesto police car accident at I Street and 7th Street
On January 22 a police car was involved in an accident at I Street and 7th Street in Modesto. Reportedly a Ford Explorer driven by a woman and carrying a male passenger failed to stop at a red light and T-boned the police car. The only injury resulting from the accident was to the passenger in the police car whom the officer was taking to jail. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
