SUV and School Bus Collision in East-Central Fresno

December 3, 2014- A school bus accident occurred in Fresno, on Wednesday.  The collision involved a bus and an SUV, at about 8:15 AM.

The CHP said that the accident between the Sport Utility Vehicle, and the school bus took place at the intersection of East Olive and North Helm avenues.

One person in the SUV was injured and taken by ambulance to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.  It is reported that there were kids riding on the bus, but they were uninjured.

School Bus Accident on Olive and Helm Avenues in Fresno

There were children on the bus, but they were said to have been unharmed in the incident.

Police Chase in Clovis ends in Vehicle Crash

May 9, 2014- A pickup truck accident took place in Fresno County, on Friday, after a chase by the local police.  The collision occurred in Clovis, just after 3 AM.

The incident began Friday morning near the Fresno Yosemite International airport, when a wanted parolee refused to stop for officers.  The red Toyota pickup truck crashed at Beverly Avenue and Helm Avenue, in Clovis.

The driver of the vehicle tried to run away on foot, from the officers after the collision, but he was quickly arrested.

He was checked for injuries by emergency officials and then taken to jail.
