January 22, 2010--Yesterday's motor vehicle accident in Visalia at Linwood and Walnut caused moderate injuries to Colleen Brown. According to witnesses she was struck by a vehicle which had run a red light.
Our engineers can download the event data recorders or black boxes on the two vehicles to determine speeds for the five seconds leading up to impact, seat belt and brake usage.
