Man Critically Injured in Motorcycle Collision on Ashlan Avenue, in Fresno

Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following accident report; On Thursday, July 16, 2015, a man was seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident.  The vehicle collision happened in West Central Fresno, at about 5:00 PM.

The motorcyclist was reportedly following a pickup truck, traveling westbound on Ashlan Avenue.  For an unknown reason, at the intersection of Hayes Avenue, the biker rear-ended the truck.

The man suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.  It is said that he is in critical condition.

Police have this incident under investigation.

Fresno Motorcycle Crash on Hayes and Shields Avenues

Elderly Abuse Attorney John Rozier of Visalia, California has the following report: A motorcycle crash on July 7, 2014 took place in Fresno.The vehicle accident happened west of Highway 99, on Monday.

Tyron Mister, 53 years old, was driving in a vehicle headed south, when he stopped at the intersection of Hayes Avenue and Shields Avenue.

William Melville, 63 years old, was riding on his 2005 Harley Davidson motorcycle, traveling eastbound on Shields Ave, at about 55 miles per hour.  Mister pulled out in front of the bike, and the two vehicles collided.

The impact of the collision threw Melville from the Harley.  He suffered serious injuries and was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.

Mister sustained minor injuries in the accident.

January 23 wrongful death Fresno fog accident

On January 23 Miguel Gaona died in a fog accident in Fresno. According to reports Gaona was driving near the intersection of North Veterans Avenue and North Hayes Avenue south of Herndon  Avenue in heavy fog when his vehicle hit a brick wall. Gaona was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. No further details are available at this time.

April 6 School Bus Accident in Fresno

On April 6 there was an accident between a school bus and a car on Shields Avenue in Fresno. Reportedly the accident happened at the intersection of Shields and Hayes Avenue. Several students were in the bus but none reported injuries. The bus was damaged on the panel on the side and the sedan that hit it had major front-end damage. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
