On August 22 there was an accident on Highway 198 in Visalia just west of Road 180 that injured five people. Reportedly Ofelia Vazquez, of L.A., was the driver of the westbound Ford Focus. Vazquez was westbound on Highway 198 when she left the road, entered the median, returned to the road, hit an RV, crossed the median and the eastbound lanes, and hit a cement barrier. Vazquez along with her four passengers, including two children, were taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with complaints of pain.
