Our law firm is located just 10 miles from the scene of this accident. Issues to be investigated include the speed of the vehicle as measured by the event data recorder or air bag black box, the frequency of accidents at this location, whether the highway design follows the manual, the availability on liability insurance and underinsured motorist coverage. Further the driver was underaged for drinking which brings up lots of other issues if alcohol was a factor. Please give us a call. Attorney John Rozier 559-713-0159. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
