Visalia Roll-over Car Accident on Highway 198 and Demaree Street

Visalia Elderly Maltreatment Attorney John Rozier has the following report; On Wednesday, September 17, 2014, a vehicle rollover accident occurred in Visalia.  The car collision happened on Highway 198, at about 3 PM.

Only one vehicle was involved in the incident, which took place on the westbound freeway, at the Demaree Street off-ramp.  The car overturned as it was driving on the off-ramp.

Automobile Rollover Accident in Merced County

June 10, 2014- A Los Banos man rolled his vehicle on Tuesday, in Merced County.  The car accident took place west of Merced College-Los Banos Campus, at approximately 4 PM.

The California Highway Patrol reported that an SUV, driven by 50 year old Jose Garcia, was traveling on Highway 152.  Garcia fell asleep while he was driving, and the vehicle drifted off the highway, hit the shoulder and flipped over.

The collision caused extensive damage to the vehicle, but Garcia was not injured.

Roll-over Accident in Paso Robles on Spring Street

May 16, 2014- A car crash claimed the life of one woman, in San Luis Obispo County, on Friday.  The fatal accident happened in Paso Robles, at about 1:15 AM.

Jenna Clarice Burgener, 19 years old, was driving her car south on Spring Street, when she hit a parked vehicle on the side of the road.  The car then struck a curb, rolled over, and ended up in the intersection of 3rd Street and Spring Street.  It came to rest on the driver's side of the vehicle.

Burgener was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.

Bakersfield Roll-over Car Accident on Wilson Road

May 21, 2014- A truck collision leads to vehicle rollover, in Bakersfield.  The accident occurred on Wednesday, before 9:15 AM.

The incident took place on Wilson Road and H Street.  It involved two, possibly three vehicles; which included a white Hyundai SUV and a blue Chevy pickup truck.  The truck rolled over as a result of the collision.

Police Chase Ends in Car Accident in Fresno County

April 24, 2014- A car collision occurred in Fresno County, after the vehicle tried to flee police.  The accident happened in Sanger, on Thursday evening.

Sanger Police reported that they tried to pull over a vehicle for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.  This was in the area of Almond Avenue and Faller Avenue.

The driver of the car at first stopped, but then he sped away before the police could make contact.  Officers said the driver lost control, hit two other vehicles, and finally flipped the car.

The man sustained some injuries and was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno, after he was arrested.
